Barrier two should see him able to dictate this race, which makes him the best Carlyon Stakes tip.</p> <p><strong>Sweet Ride:</strong> He showed a liking for Moonee Valley when he beat Omni Man over this course on August 12 when he sat on the pace and dashed clear at the 300m. He meets Omni Man on 1.5kg worse terms and Omni Man is drawn on his inside.</p> <p><strong>Acromantula:</strong> This West Australian sprinter showed good pace when third behind Sweet Ride and Omni Man in a blanket finish over this course on August 12. Craig Williams takes the ride and nobody rides the Valley better.</p> <p><strong>Snapper:</strong> Four of his six wins have been around Moonee Valley and he’s drawn barrier one. He returns to racing at his favourite track off some solid efforts in Group class in the autumn. He might be a value one to follow when checking the betting markets.</p>
