Chelsea and Manchester City will face each other on Monday, April 13 (02:30 AEST) as Premier League action returns this weekend.
The two sides still have plenty to play for as the season reaches its conclusion; Chelsea are fighting for a UEFA Champions League betting spot amid news that England will receive a sixth spot, while Man City are still aiming to catch Arsenal in the title race.
Quick Picks
Our pick: Draw
Value bet: Under 2.5 Goals
Long shot: Correct score 1-1
Betting Preview
Liam Rosenior's side will enter this game against their potential FA Cup betting final opponents (if both teams make it through) in poor league form. The Blues have lost back-to-back games and two of their last three in the EPL.
In the two back-to-back defeats, they failed to score a goal, with their 1-0 defeat at home to Newcastle being extremely poor. In fact, Stamford Bridge hasn't been a happy hunting ground in the league over the last few matches. Chelsea's last home EPL win was in January (West Ham); since then, they've had two draws and a defeat.
Man City have been unbeaten in the league since MW22, when they lost the Manchester derby 2-0. Since then, Pep Guardiola's side has won five and drawn three of the eight games. However, they've only kept three clean sheets in those. Goals haven't been an issue, though. A total of 15 have been scored over those eight.
Betting Markets to Watch
Chelsea don't have a good record when it comes to playing against Man City in the EPL. Over the last five meetings, City have two wins, with three draws. The meeting earlier this season ended 1-1, with Callum McFarlane taking control following Enzo Maresca's departure just days earlier.
Enzo Fernandez snatched a late draw in that one, but will be unavailable after being sanctioned internally for two games. The draw outcome offers value based on the recent record experienced.
Joao Pedro might offer value as an anytime goalscorer, as he has been in exceptional form recently for the Blues. Although Chelsea are goalless in their last two, Pedro hit a hat-trick against Aston Villa before their drought. He has 14 goals in his debut campaign.
Erling Haaland is another to score anytime that offers value. He hasn't been at his best recently, but netted a superb hat-trick against Liverpool in the FA Cup last weekend. He is on a run of three EPL games without a goal, and is likely due one.
Our Prediction

We think there's value in the draw market, given how fixtures between these two teams can often turn out. Three draws in the last five suggest both teams are equally matched.
The 'Under 2.5 Goals' market has hit in each of Chelsea's last four EPL betting day matches at Stamford Bridge, offering value, as does the BTTS, with it hitting in eight of Chelsea's last nine EPL matches as a home underdog.
