One of the main subplots of any AFL season is, who will win the prestigious Brownlow Medal? The Brownlow Medal is of course the highest individual honour a player can receive, and it is awarded to whoever is deemed to have performed the best throughout the entire season.
Trying to predict who will win the Brownlow is always a highly debated topic, that’s why it’s one of our most popular AFL markets.
That’s also why our very own Nathan “Browny” Brown has his own Brownlow tracker segment on In The Back Pocket.
Opening Round to Round 8

Rounds 9-15

For the uninitiated, In The Back Pocket is one of the premier AFL podcasts for supporters and punters alike, bringing together some of the brightest minds and most colourful characters in Aussie Rules.
Join Port Adelaide champion Kane Cornes, four-time Premiership star Isaac Smith, Brisbane All-Australian Kate McCarthy and of course Sportsbet brand ambassador and host Browny to preview all the footy action ahead of each weekend. It’s a one stop shop for some of the best punting analysis and footy opinions as well as plenty of laughs.
You can stream In The Pack Pocket on all major platforms such as Apple Music and Spotify as well as watching the crew over on YouTube.
One of the most anticipated segments of the show every week is Browny’s Brownlow Tracker, where Browny runs through who performed the best throughout the week and in his eyes picked up some Brownlow votes.
He also analyses where different players may now sit in the race for the Brownlow after the latest round of action, as well as having a look at the odds that player now find themselves at to win the award and whether they have a realistic chance or not.
Each week you’ll be able to find a snapshot of Browny’s Brownlow Tracker here, as an easy way of keeping up to date with who could potentially be topping the Brownlow Medal count.
As well as listening to In The Back Pocket, you can follow Browny, Kane Cornes, Issac Smith and Kate McCarthy on the Feed for expert AFL tips throughout the season.
