North Melbourne vs Hawthorn Prediction

Friday, November 7, 7:15 pm AEDT - Ikon Park, Melbourne

These two sides met for the first time ever last week, and it hasn’t taken long for them to face off again. This time in the Finals.

The North girls wrapped up a perfect home-and-away season with another clinical display, and now that Finals have arrived, you just know they’ll level up again.

The Hawks have played some good footy this year, but haven’t quite put together a full four-quarter performance. It’s surprising, given how stacked their engine room is, even while missing key pieces like Lucy Wales and skipper Emily Bates.

You’d love to see them rise to another level in Finals, but it’s hard to bet against North this year… and we’re not about to start now.

Betting tip: Emma King 2+ goals

Carlton vs West Coast Prediction

Saturday, November 8, 3:05 pm AEDT - Ikon Park, Melbourne

Run it back again.

These two met last week to decide who’d make Finals… and as fate would have it, they both qualified! Now they meet again, but this time on the Blues’ home deck.

Carlton looks a completely different side with their prime movers back. It stands out like a sore thumb how much better they are with Mimi Hill, Abbie McKay, and Tara Bohanna in the side.

Across the Nullarbor, Daisy’s Eagles continue to be one of the stores of the season. They have made the Finals for the first time and will be playing with no fear.

They’ll be boosted by the return of the exciting Jess Rentsch, but will that be enough to curb the might of Carlton and their mighty home crowd?

It’s going to be a cracking day.

Head-to-head prediction: Blues by 10 points

Melbourne vs Brisbane Prediction

Sunday, November 9, 1:05 pm AEDT - Ikon Park, Melbourne

Two heavyweights of the competition meet again in a Qualifying Final.

The Lions have barely put a foot wrong since their yo-yo start to the season, while the Dees have been setting the pace as the next best behind North for most of the year.

Brisbane is fully loaded after Ruby Svarc’s suspension was overturned at the tribunal, while the Dees have found new layers and weapons to complement their stars all over the park.

The winner of this one moves into pole position to (most likely) meet North in the Grand Final.

Head-to-head prediction: Dees by 15 points

Betting tip: Nat Grider 20+ disposals

Adelaide vs St Kilda Prediction

Sunday, November 9, 3:05 pm AEDT - Norwood Oval, Adelaide

The Saints mark their debut AFLW Finals appearance with a trip to The Parade to face the Crows.

It’s slightly uncharted territory for Adelaide, starting the Finals from one of the “death seats”, but they’re still loaded with experience and star power to take this campaign deep in Doc Clarke’s final year as coach.

It was a rough loss for the Saints last week against the Dogs, and the big question is: how many of their injured cavalry can return for the historic occasion of their first Final?

Regardless, the Crows at home are a different beast. Now that they’re here, expect them to give everything to send their coach out a winner once again.

Head-to-head prediction: Crows by 24 points

Betting tip: Ebony Marinoff 15+ tackles, 20+ disposals & anytime goal
