DESIGNED BY SMARTY (2) has been racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at PENN NATIONAL (Dirt) over 1207m. Can measure up again. STOP BEING GREEDY (6) finished sixth when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1006m at PENN NATIONAL, beaten 5 lengths. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
