GREEK ANTHOLOGY (1) has put in a coupe of solid efforts since stepping up to 1600m, and he was less than a length from the winner when finishing runner-up as the favourite at Whanganui last time out. He is set to go one better in this. MALLEABLE (2) tried hard when finishing sixth at Matamata just over 3 weeks ago when still needing the run. He is peaking at the right time here, and he should go close to taking this out. THE MAILMAN (3) was a beaten favourite at Pukekohe last time out nearly 5 weeks ago. He has looked likely on occasions, and he is worth another chance. Each way. ARTFUL DODGER (4) made up a stack of late ground when finishing seventh on debut at Ellerslie nearly a month ago. He cops a wide gate here, but he won't be in this grade for much longer. G'DAY GOLDIE (7) has raced her way into some good form, and she will try and settle a tad closer to the pace here. Hard to beat in an even contest.
