MY MAEBELLINE GIRL (12) was a very impressive all the winner of her jumping debut, and then won on the flat for good measure 2 weeks ago, both times on this track. She is in a good space, and with her confidence high, the hat-trick beckons. WENEEDASHOCK (3) lived up to his reputation in this role when demolishing his 6 rivals here 2 weeks ago when making his jumping debut. This is much tougher, but with his pace on the flat, he will go close to taking this out as well. THE BELVOIR (2) had no answer to the top pick fresh up, and then showed what he can do when jumping cleanly, by bolting in at Te Rapa just over 3 weeks ago. If he brings that sort of form here, then he will be right in the finish again. EMPIRE STATE (4) needed the run badly fresh up at Trentham, and he will be a quick improver second up in this. LEITRIM LAD (6) is an accomplished steeplechaser who can still be competitive over hurdles. Include in all top 4 combos in an exciting race.
