On pace runners, 4, 5, 7, 11. SHOW 'EM HOWL struck a traffic problem at home (Port Macquarie) last Friday before he refused to shirk his task on the day. He can atone for his unplaced effort when he now presents within the same distance range. ZOUCRATIC was kept fresh before he was dominant at Narromine in a race that's produced strong form. He presents fresh again here, more than ready to make a Taree debut. DENIAL was produced for the first time since a stable change when his unplaced effort after a six week break was better than it appears on paper. This qucker back-up (nineteen days) must be regarded as a plus. ZARU must be forgiven for an unplaced latest effort six weeks ago at Wyong when there were excuses. He is proven fresh here within this distance range and this race is well within his reach.
