We back up at Randwick and our rail - in the true position last Saturday - goes out to 4 metres. Conditions were Good on Wednesday at acceptance time. Perhaps a late Friday minor shower can throw just a touch of moisture into the ground. A top of 30 degrees on raceday. We begin the day with 2YOs - mostly fillies and the only one here with race experience is Gimcrack winner SHIKI. She has come back and offered two pleasing trials for Tim Clark and the others here will need to be pretty handy to upset her progress. WARWOVEN and NORMAN'S CAY come into it off trial victories while MR PEASANT is a stablemate of last week's 2YO winner.

About Randwick Racecourse
Randwick Racecourse is located in Kensington, 5 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. It is the largest racetrack in New South Wales. It hosts approximately 45 races each year, including the Australian Derby. The track is set on 81 hectares, and has a circumference of 2224 metres and a 410-metre-long straight.
