MAHALER got a long way out of her ground at Strathalbyn after finding trouble at the start, then was forced wide, running on late to finish a close second. She's bound to have taken benefit from the race experience. HASTA LA WIZARD (formerly trained by Sue Murphy) has finished in the placings in two of his past three outings. With luck, he'll breakthrough for a win sooner rather than later. FRIDAY FOLLY ran a much-improved race to get into the placings at Murray Bridge a fortnight ago. If she can repeat that effort, she will be in the finish here.
