ICARIAN DREAM started favourite at Doomben last start and chased home well behind Smexy. Chance to go one better. STATE OPERA resumes from spell. Won her maiden here three starts back. Finished just out of placing in Group 3 Grand Prix before break. Big watch fresh. STATE VISIT raced on the speed and stuck on well to be just out of placings in the Daybreak Lover. That form good enough to feature in placings. DUOMO jumped to the front and led all the way winning at Doomben last start. This a step up in class but he is progressive and must respect.
