We race at Eagle Farm in Brisbane on Saturday as the Summer Carnival rolls on. Track posted a soft (5) at acceptance time on Wednesday morning as I type, weather forecast going forward is for dry conditions, expect a good track/3m rail which should play fair. We open the day with a 1000m dash & there's no lack of speed here, all bar nos.4, 5 & 8 are capable of leading/racing on the pace. Very tough to sort, I can make cases for & against for the lot of them. PORT ERIN is off a short break, he can produce a decent turn of foot & might get tempo to suit, betting? MANPOWER another market watch.

About Eagle-farm Racecourse
Eagle Farm Racecourse is Queensland's premier track. It hosts the Brisbane Cup, QLD Derby, Victory Stakes and the Stradbroke Handicap. The track is operated by the Brisbane Racing Club. It is located on over 60 hectares of land in Ascot. The track has a circumference of 2027 metres and a 434-metre-long straight.
