COMO EL VIENTO (12) drew wide once again last start but produced a strong effort, scoring by 2.75 metres at this track over 2185m. May just need a bit of luck at some point from this difficult draw. Meets a comparable field and he can feature in the finish. GOODTIME LOUIS (3) resumes here after closing his last prep with a tenth at Gloucester Park on November 7. Expected to run well. CAPTAIN SAID SO (6) is in the mix following a respectable second at his most recent appearance over 2130m at Gloucester Park. BLING IT UP (4) was safely held last time out at the second run back from a spell. Open to plenty of improvement with a good draw assisting his chances.
