BUDDY PERFECT (1) only beat a few home last week but that was a stronger race and he came from wider. Had looked close to a win when recording a string of runner-up results prior and should enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position. TARGARYEN (8) has had some tricky draws of late but has produced some decent efforts. Should enjoy a nice trail behind the top pick and could be dangerous late. APPLIED (4) drew wider and worked last start but had put together a string of top-four finishes prior so can be competitive. XPRESS PARTY (9) draws on the second line but is in the mix following a respectable third at his most recent appearance at this circuit and distance.
