Randwick was rated Soft 5 early on Wednesday. Our weekend forecast has changed a bit and was no have a scenario where rain arrives a little later, and not as much. Still, don't be surprised to see some rain falling mid-meeting and that could throw a little spanner in the works. I'm pretty open to anything between a 4 and a 7. Rail true and we're off and running with a 1800m Midway. 2 and 6 to lead 8 and 5 here. ALL STAR can tend to be a little slow from the gates but I can see him finding a nice position here even if not perfectly clean. Your query is extending to 1800m but he can have a conservative trail, hopefully giving him strength late.
