Tiger Woods (2001 and 2002) was the most recent player to win the US Masters in consecutive years, until Rory McIlroy went back-to-back in 2025 and 2026.
At 46 years and 82 days old, Jack Nicklaus was the oldest US Masters winner when he took out the 1986 tournament, while Woods (21 years and 104 days old in 1997) was the youngest.
The Silver Cup, awarded to the lowest-scoring amateur to make the US Masters cut, has been won by future pro champions such as Jack Nicklaus, Phil Mickelson, Tiger Woods, Sergio Garcia and Hideki Matsuyama.
Nick Price (third round, 1986) and Greg Norman (first round, 1996) hold the record for the lowest 18-hole round in Masters history, both carding 63.
Dustin Johnson's winning total of 268 (65–70–65–68) at the 2020 Masters stands as the lowest aggregate in the tournament's history, eclipsing the record jointly held by Tiger Woods (1997) and Jordan Spieth (2015) by two shots.
