Sydney shoe salesman Damian Simonovic is walking the walk right into the #SBMulti Hall of Fame.

Damian, 20, stepped-up to the mark turning his three-League, $5.00 three-match (half-time/full-time) soccer multi into a tick over $15,000.

He predicted AC Milan to lead at the break and Sassuolo to be in front at full-time, at odds of $31. It was 1-0 at halftime and Sassuolo netted their winner in the 81st minute to win 2-1.

Leg two was the Spanish La Liga match between Levante and Seville.

Damian opted for a draw at halftime and Seville for the win. Seville scored in the 53rd minute and hung on for a 1-0 win at odds of $4.33.

Shoes have been in demand so Damian, who usually watches the soccer with his younger brother Justin, slept in and missed the English Premier League match between Tottenham and Southampton.

“Justin and I usually get up and watch the games, but I’ve been pretty busy and didn’t get to bed until late,’’ Damian said. “When I woke up I had no idea of the results, I just checked my balance and couldn’t believe it.

“I’m wrapped to get my biggest win, but also a little disappointed because I don’t know why I didn’t put $10 on it was a bit ridiculous for that type of multi.’’

Damian admits he was fortunate he missed the last leg of his multi, which was the EPL clash between Tottenham and Southampton. He chose Southampton to lead at half-time and Spurs to run out winners.

Southampton went to the break with a 1-0 lead. Spurs equalised in the 60th minute, but it took a 90th minute penalty, from Son Heung-min to get them home (2-1) and land Damian’s final leg, at $23.

“Son got it done for us,’’ he said.

Damian intends to spend some of his winnings on his brother and father, Ivica.

His coveted #SBMulti Hall of Fame cap, emblazoned with number four, is also on its way. He joins previous inductees Zak Sultan, Oliver Adrias and Jon Bugeja.
