The Wolf’s best bet ran very well last time at Flemington. Here are Sunday’s racing tips.

Zorro’s Dream has gone to a whole new level in his last few runs, posting back to back wins at Bendigo before being nosed out in a driving finish last time out at Flemington. He has come a long way from the horse who once put together six straight placings at provincial level and this is a suitable assignment for him in present form.

Repeal is the $2.50 favourite in early betting but The Wolf is highly suspect of her form. In Spades on the other hand was terrific last start at Newcastle in a very strong form race and should prove exceptionally hard to beat on her home track.
Recommended Price: $2.50
Confidence Level: 4/5

Big Happiness was spectacularly backed first up and absolutely bolted in, turning over a well credentialed favourite in Minniti. He is looking to repeat the dose over the same track and trip, and if he repeats that effort, should prove very hard to beat.
Recommended Price: $2.20
Confidence Level: 4/5

Brazen Force should be at peak fitness third up and looks well placed here. The ex-Victorian, now with Kris Lees, placed third at the Gold Coast last start and should only be better suited out in trip. Well drawn, he should be coming home strongly late.
Recommended Price: $3.60
Confidence Level: 4/5

This race has good depth to it but Alumna has heaps of potential. He nearly caused a boilover on debut at Kembla then broke his maiden two starts later in good style at Wyong. Given a long spell since, his recent jumpouts have been outstanding. Look for him to go forward and take plenty of running down.
Recommended Price: $7.00
Confidence Level: 3.5/5
