We see the return of promising mare CICALA. She progressed through the grades in her initial campaign, winning a bm82 prior to being sent for a spell. Comes into this off the back of an 800m trial win on May 28th. SIR NOW was narrowly beaten when resuming, then came away for an easy win at his next outing. He has a good record here on his home track. GIN A TONIC will appreciate a firmer surface than the one he struck at Caulfield first-up, expect to see him improve. VOLCANIC EXPRESS returns after more than 12 months off the scene. He finished a close fourth in a recent Morphettville trial.
