SNAKEY BAY (1) drew wide last start and was easily accounted for, beaten 14 metres into seventh at Northam over 2190m. Likely to get all the favours from this better draw. Big chance if she is at her best. SWITCH BLADE (4) has recorded two wins and two minor placings from the past five starts. Performed well once again when third at his latest appearance over 2185m at Pinjarra, beaten 14 metres. Meets a comparable field and he can take this out. CHARIVARI (8) disappointed last time when seventh over 2185m at Pinjarra. Can atone. MY LITTLE BIG MAN (3) disappointed last time when ninth over 2631m at Pinjarra. Can do a lot better so worth considering.
