To redeem your Sportsbet FREE Bet, enter the Prize Code from the front of the Scratch Card, Free Bet card, or SMS and submit to have your FREE Bet instantly credited to your account.
If the prize code is entered more than three times incorrectly, you will need to contact Customer Service on 1800 155 887 or email marketing@sportsbet.com.au and include your account number and we will assist you. Also any member who has never had a free bet before, feel free to email us and we will look after you!
Free Bets Issued without Prize Codes:
Members can receive a free bet without a Prize Code being issued and you DO NOT need to enter any prize code to use your free bet. Below are some examples of instances members receive a free bet without a prize code, and also further down is some help with how to use your free bet.
- Initial deposit: the free bet will automatically credit into your account once your funds clear.
- Free Bets issued by Sportsbet: if Sportsbet emails you saying you have a Free Bet in your account, this means the free bet is already in your account. Check the black menu bar at the top of the screen you will see your account balance, etc, and also see the number of Free Bet(s) in your account.
- Promotion days: Super Saturday and other promotion days will have free bet offers where your free bet will be credited for you.
How to use a Free Bet:
To use a free bet, you must log in and select the contestant (eg. Horse or Sport Event) you wish to place a bet on. Once you have made your selection a betting slip will appear on your screen – select the free bet from the drop down menu at the right hand side of the screen, and finalise your wager. Good luck!
